If you are serious about becoming a professional helicopter pilot, this programme is designed to take you from entry to Commercial Pilot Licence level in an intensive, structured, and highly professional environment — completed in 9 months.

Our course is delivered in four progressive modules:

Module 1 – Professional Foundation

63 hours on the R44 (dual and solo), 100 hours of ground school, 9 theoretical exams, Radiotelephony Licence, English Language Proficiency, and skills assessment — building strong core commercial standards from the start.

Module 2 – Commercial Theory (ATPL Level Knowledge)

650 hours of comprehensive commercial theoretical knowledge through a combination of distance learning, structured ground school, and guided self-study, leading to 14 EASA examinations.

Module 3 – Advanced Flight Experience

90 hours on the R44 including advanced handling, mountain flying, long-distance navigation, overwater/island operations, and the French Helisurfaces qualification — developing real-world operational capability.

Module 4 – CPL Final Preparation

35 hours of focused CPL instruction (navigation, handling, instruments, and night flying) culminating in the CPL Skills Test.

Training is conducted to a professional standard from day one, with payment structured in instalments throughout the programme. Modules 2 and 3 are combined to ensure a smooth and efficient progression through the course.

Pre-entry requirements include

Assessment interview and an EASA Class 1 Medical.

This is a serious, career-focused programme designed to prepare you not just to pass the test — but to operate confidently as a commercial pilot.
